Somesville, Maine, dating from 1761 is a picturesque little village located at the northern end of Somes Sound. The arched white wooden foot bridge is one of the most recognized and photographed manmade structures on Mount Desert Island. The neat thing about this little bridge is the amazing reflection that makes you almost be able to turn the picture upside down and get the same image. OK, not quite, but it IS very pretty!
